How much does it cost to be a member of the Center?
Membership at the Kershaw County Council on Aging is completely free! There is no cost to participate in any of our programs, activities, or congregate meals at our senior centers. We welcome all seniors in Kershaw County to join us, stay active, connect with others, and enjoy the many services we provide—without worrying about membership fees.
Do you serve meals at the center?
Yes! We serve a delicious and nutritious meal every day at each of our senior centers. On average, we serve around 45 seniors daily—providing a warm meal and an opportunity to connect with friends in a welcoming environment. Our meals are designed to support the health and well-being of older adults in Kershaw County.
Is there transportation to the centers?
Yes, transportation is available for seniors who need assistance getting to and from our centers. We offer rides on a needs-based system, ensuring that those without reliable transportation can still enjoy our programs, meals, and activities. Our goal is to help every senior in Kershaw County stay connected and engaged in the community.
